Llorenç house

Location: Mutxamel, Spain

The parcel is located in Mutxamel (Alicante, Spain), in a single housing development near the town center, but depending on the car. The project connects the public street with a 40m narrow pass, so the building is surrounded on every side, but on the northwest side it opens to a tree zone and to a beautiful mountain view. The building opens itself towards the mountain view, and closes itself, looking for its own privacy against the surrounding buildings.

Taipei Performing Arts Center
Designer: Neil M. Denari Arhitects
Location: Taipei City, Taiwan

This decision has other positive benefits (as will be stated later), yet it is the anticipation of an even taller city that inspires such logic.

Torre del golf
Designer: Neil M. Denari Arhitects
Location: Lima, Peru
Due to the expansion of global economies and transnational flows of various currencies, the world of condominium design has radically changed in the last five years, especially in major urban centers such as New York, London, and Shanghai. In unexpected fashion, this building type has allowed architects to explore a range of expressions not previously supported by the luxury housing market. Though still often limited by the conditions of FAR and net to gross ratios of sellable square meters, these new global conditions have nonetheless fostered a new energy toward innovative housing design.
